18 Month Old Water Leak in Fontainebleau Randburg

This is a street I drive up every day in Fontainebleau Randburg. For the past 18 months, this water leak has been ignored by the local municipality. Water has run down this road everyday, and sometimes when the pressure is high, it runs right across Rabie Street.

This is the kind of service delivery that Joburgers seem to have gotten used to.

    It’s now the 1st of September 2011. The leak has still not been fixed and water is still running down the road.
